Creative ways to share your knowledge (and partially fund your work)
In this post, we show how these photographers have found creative ways to share their knowledge with the rest of us, and at the same time generate some funding for their efforts.
We start with Pentaxian Yvon of the Pentax-DSLRs-blog who has used his knowledge of Pentax gear to create an easy-to-follow and handy guide for the Pentax K2000 K-m DSLR. This is geared (no pun intended) towards non-gearhead photographers who haven't memorized the user manual. He has created a versatile tri-fold guide, which can be delivered anywhere in the world for just $7. You can check it out on eBay and learn more about it on his blog.
Next up, Scott Bourne, of TWiP Photo and now Photofocus.com, has made his blog available for the Amazon Kindle. That's right, for a $2 per month subscription, you can have all the Photofocus posts delivered seamlessly to your Amazon Kindle, without lifting a finger!
