M&A rumors: Cisco rumored to be buying Flip Video manufacturer

There is a breaking rumor at Tech Crunch, according to two of their sources, Cisco is buying Pure Digital, the manufacturer of the cutesy simpleton Flip mini-camcorders.

Interestingly enough, a Cisco blogger and PR-guy left a message at the above TechCrunch page and on Twitter to say that "Cisco does not comment on rumors". But do they deny them if they are false? :)
