(OVER) It was a Typo (was: Olympus Tough 8000 under $300)

That didn't last long. It appears this was a wrongly entered price by Ace Photo Digital, as the price has now jumped close to $400. Original post follows: While updating the top selling camera charts, we noticed that the Olympus TOUGH 8000 is sold for under $300 by Ace Photo Digital at Amazon. Most places have it close to $400, which was the starting-price. We do not know if this is a typo or the beginning of a big discount. This a full price-stop drop, so it's interesting either way. (One price-stop = $100). The Stylus TOUCH 8000 was announced in January 2009 as part of an Olympus Big Bang that gave birth to 14 new cameras so far this year.
