New Samsung SL30 screams I wanna be adored for $100

How can you not love such an adorable purple-pink little camera? We are talking of course as a fashion item, not as a piece of photographic equipment.

This camera now defines the new entry-level for 2009 in terms of features, a 10mp 1/2.33" sensor, a standard 3x optical zoom lens, a 2.5" LCD, face detection, VGA video recording, SD/SDHC memory card and of course AA batteries.

Its price of $100 makes the market share wars even more dramatic as the various companies are trying to grab market share the easy way, by "bottom feeding".
