NO! (Nikon D800 EXIF-Rumors: 20+ megapixel model in the pipe-line?)

UPDATE Sunday AM, January 18
The photographer who posted the picture at flickr has replied at NR and stated that the picture was a joke he was playing with some of his friends and it was not intended for any other purpose.

But if this had been an actual leak, the above explanation could have also been used in order to avoid the wrath of the Nikon. Remember the 5DMk2 book author denying the 5DMk2 left and right after the book-name leak? Well, we all know that the 5Dmk2 never happened :-) This paragraph is in case you needed an excuse to hold on to the above as a possibility :)

Original Post
NikonRumors.com has spotted a camera on flickr that has the model name Nikon D800 in the EXIF data, and the original flickr file is 20-megapixels. Of course this could be cropped, so the actual number of megapixels could be higher. The same photographer has another picture that is 24mp but no camera is listed in the EXIF data. Is this an accidental flickr leak or an upsized file, or something else? We do not know!

Again, please note that this is based on the EXIF info of a file on flickr, so please weigh this accordingly!
