Hot Camera "Diary" updates!
The front page has been quiet (oh my is that a record?) but fear not, in the background we have been updating the "hot camera diaries". This is the equivalent of writing nine different blog posts! For new readers, the "diaries" are semi-independent reference pages featuring some of the hottest cameras at the moment. Think of them as "fan club" pages. Here are the latest updates, with the cameras with the most updates presented first:
+ Canon 5d Mark II: A sharpness question, an on-going review, two ISO shootouts, shutter experiments and more. And good news for body only hunters, it is in-stock at Adorama for $2700...
+ Nikon D700: Two different ISO shootouts, a new D700 fans blog, a photographer's clever fundraiser to raise enough funs for a D700, and more...
+ Panasonic G1: A new byte-size review, an ISO shootout, a 2008 Camera of the Year Runner-Up award, and a whole lot more...
+ Panasonic LX3: First impressions, a shootout, opinions, rants and pictures and more...
+ Nikon D90: Tidbits from around the photo-blogo-sphere...
+ Nikon D3x: New buyer excitement, first price drops...
+ Canon G10: A shootout, some underwater pics, a photographer deciding between the G9 and G10, and more...
+ Canon 50D: An undiscovered (by us, not the rest of the world) review, and opinions by a 50D photographer...
+ Sony A900: Things are relatively quiet, except of course for the Luminous Landscape ISO shootout...
+ If you cut/paste stuff from this blog, please be nice and include a reference :)
