Amazon has lost it, or perhaps is having an early Cyber Monday. They are offering the full version of Lightroom 2 for $149 and with free shipping. This is sold and shipped by Amazon itself, not by 3rd parties. This deal is so good, LR2 is currently ranked as the #3 best selling software package at Amazon.com. This is not to be confused with the LR2 upgrade which costs $90.

Update #2: We last checked at 755pm NYC time, and the price is back to $300 at Amazon and it is temporarily out of stock (December 1st).

Update #1: As of 12:16pm NYC time the price went up from $140 to $149. This is a good sign because it may indicate that this is not a price mistake but there is a method to the madness. Although they could have automated programs that control price based on preset rules and conditions. Either way, you have nothing to lose by buying it at this price. In the worse case, they'll cancel the orders.
