Rumor: Nikon D3X coming in December 08?

A veteran forum user at AVForums.com says that he went to "dinner with Nikon" and that the D3X is coming in December. Also mentioned at Talk Photography UK by the same person. No evidence is provided, so please treat this as a rumor. One thing is for sure, the buzz is picking up on the D3X, but is that because something is coming, or because people need or want one?
