Review Train: Compacts, Books and Accessories
We've seen a lot of dSLR action this week, so how about a special edition of the Review Train that focuses on other gear?
Accessory Reviews
The Imaging Insider has a review of the Crumpler "Sinking Barge" backpack. This is a laptop+camera bag, so you can load it up. Find out how did it with a variety of dSLRs and laptops at the Insider.
Compact Cameras
Vroom! We have a nice multimedia review of the Casio EX-FH20 by Videopia.org, touching upon both of its personalities (stills and video). A nice and easy to read review, so if you are curious about the camera, be sure to check it out!
We continue with the Ricoh R10, getting a review at Photography Blog , and a new samples gallery at DigiCam Review. The R10 is Ricoh's mid-range compact that features a versatile 28-200mm equivalent focal length.
Stylish and affordable, the Sony T77 gets reviewed by CNet Asia. The more stylish Sony makes them, the less the resistance to Memory Stick gets ;-)
Photography Press UK has posted their single-page review of the Fuji F60fd.
Book Reviews
Epic Edits has posted their review of the book "The Life of a photograph" by Sam Abell. A very nice and easy to read review at Epic Edits that gives you a good feel about the book.
ephotozine has posted a short review of the Canon 1D(s) flagship Magic Lantern guide. It's one book but features both cameras, which makes practical sense since these are very exclusive cameras. You are not going to outsell Danielle Steel with this one!
Software Reviews
Creative Pro has posted their review of CS4. No spoilers here. Be sure to note there is also a page #2, the link is at the bottom of the page.
