Impact Review: Sony A900 at Camera Labs

It's been rather quiet on the A900 front from the traditional review sites, but the quietness is over! Camera Labs has posted their Alpha A900 review, complete with a video tour as well. We won't spoil the outcome of the review, but it's not secret that one of the most discussed topics will be high-ISO performance. And Camera Labs has a set of comparison pictures between the A900, the D700 and the 1Ds Mark III. There is also a whole segment dedicated to noise reduction.

In the conclusions page ("Verdict"), the reviewer spotlights three surprises, which we won't reveal here! Another nice thing that Camera Labs does is that at the end of their Verdict page, they have summary-comparison of the reviewed camera with its closer competitors. A nice touch.
