Moon Watchers: Waiting for the next Canon full frame comet

Space, the final frontier. These are the voyages of the Starship Canon Moon, on a three year mission to replace Starship 5D-Mark-I.

The chatter about the launch of Starship Canon Moon has picked up momentum the last few hours, as both moon watchers and "people in the know" are buzzing in the forums! So let's take a look at some of the buzz in the forums!

The rumors are all over the place, here are some "release" candidates according to various "in the know" forum users:

Meanwhile, the mega-thread at Fred Miranda is getting close to 3,000 posts! Yes, almost 3000 posts in a single thread, including a ...poem!

A forum user at points out to something that could be irritatingly anti-climactic (see my previous comment on the Coolpix SQ) if it would be the case, a Canon 50Da for astro-photography, thus the moon and the sun! The post is at the bottom of the page. Search for "50Da".

Nikon Rumors points us to a post claiming that Canon is trying to adjust their NDA for marketing and strategic purposes.
